- [Activity] Date Range Selection:
- An “Apply” Button has been added to the date range selection feature to enhance the user experience, similar to the Time Log module.
- [Performance] API Optimization:
- The /v2/users/manager?managerId= API has been refactored to only return necessary data, improving performance and reducing load times.
- [Alerts] Enhanced User Experience
- Sidebar Hidden for Notifications and Alerts in Mobile View: To streamline the mobile interface, we’ve hidden notifications and alerts from the sidebar. This allows users to enjoy a cleaner experience. The full alerts and notifications remain accessible through the designated alert pages.
- Green Dot for Unseen Alerts: In the new update, a green dot will appear next to any unseen alerts, helping users quickly identify which notifications require attention without needing to open the full alert list.
- [Notifications] Redirection Enhancements for HR System
- HR System Pop-Up for Notifications:
We’ve made it easier for HR to act on notifications by introducing redirection pop-ups in the HR system. These notifications now provide key updates and prompt actions for admins and managers, such as:- Performance Review Reminder: “[Employee Name] is due for a performance review within 1 week. You can start arranging the performance review process.”
- Probation Period Completion: “[Employee Name] has successfully completed their probation period. Please update the employee’s status accordingly.”
- HR System Pop-Up for Notifications:
- [Quest Management Module] Compensation Leave Redemption and UI Update
- Adjustment of Compensation Leave Price: Admins can now adjust the compensation leave price in the reward settings, giving more flexibility in setting the value of leave.
- Activation of Compensation Leave Setting: A new toggle allows admins to activate or deactivate the compensation leave setting, ensuring full control over when this feature is available to employees.
Bug Fixes
- [Link Account] Unlinking Issue:
- Resolved a bug where some accounts couldn’t be unlinked successfully.
