Capacitor V6.1.0 – AI Chatbot Enhancements and Bug Fixes

Last Updated:

We’re excited to announce the release of Capacitor V6.1.0, packed with useful new features and important bug fixes that aim to enhance the user experience. In this update, we’ve focused on the release on the Alert full Page and Detail Analytics, and improving the AI Chatbot functionality while addressing key issues across different features. Here’s a detailed look at what’s new:

Alert Full Page:

  • Full Alert Page UI: Notification and alert buttons have been hidden from the sidebar in Capacitor. A redirect button in the Alert Listing now allows quick navigation to the full alert page for detailed views of each alert.
  • Time Filtering: Sort alerts by day, week, month, or a custom date range for a more tailored and efficient alert management experience.
Employee Filtering: Admins and reporting managers can filter alerts by employee, allowing for easier monitoring and oversight.

Alert Detail and Performance Analytics:

  • Time Log Detail: Admins, HR and reporting managers can now view a Time Log Detail within the Alert Detail section, allowing for clearer insights into the timestamps associated with each alert of their employees.
  • Behavior Alert: Admins, HR and reporting managers can now view a Time Log Detail when an employee have trigger a Behavior Alert.
  • Deleted Screenshot Metadata: For deleted screenshot alerts, admins and reporting managers will see both the Captured Date and Delete Date, adding transparency to the screenshot lifecycle.
  • Project Alerts: In project and working time alerts, you can now view the project start and end dates to check if the team have been working in this project or not.
  • Working Hour Alerts: In working time alerts, you can now view a working hour breakdown for clearer insights into productivity.
  • Unproductive Screenshot Alerts: View unproductive screenshots in the Unproductive Alert Detail. Employees can now delete these screenshots directly from the Alert Detail page, providing them greater control over the cleanup process.
  • Missing Alert Detail Integrated with AI Chatbot: The AI Chatbot now helps with sick leave requests. When a missing alert is triggered, the chatbot automatically applies for sick leave by clicking “Yes” in the chat bubble, making the process easier.

AI Chatbot Enhancements:

  • Chat History Deletion Confirmation: Users will now receive a confirmation prompt before deleting chat history, helping to prevent accidental data loss.
  • Shift+Enter for New Line: You can now use the Shift+Enter keyboard shortcut to create a new line, making it easier to structure your messages within the chatbot.
  • New Chat Logic: The AI Chatbot backend has been updated with improved chat history logic, ensuring a smoother and more reliable experience when managing conversations.
  • Auto Scroll to Bottom: After message generation, the AI Chatbot will automatically scroll to the bottom, providing a seamless conversation flow without manual intervention.

Activity Tracker Improvement:

  • Image Placeholder Hidden: We’ve updated the Activity Tracker to hide unnecessary image placeholders in the image detail popup, giving you a cleaner interface when viewing images.

Time Tracker Update:

  • Duplicate Time Warning: To help with accurate time tracking, a warning toast will now display if a duplicate time tracker entry is detected, allowing users to adjust accordingly.

Bug Fixes and Minor Enhancements:

  • HR System: A bug affecting the employee form has been fixed, ensuring newly added staff show up as expected.
  • Payroll Approval: We’ve addressed an issue where users who were not approvers could still approve payroll. This fix ensures that only authorized personnel can complete this action.
  • Time Tracking Adjustment: We have also fixed an issue in the Payroll system where the time tracked for deleted screenshots was not updating correctly.

As always, we appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving Capacitor to better serve your needs. Stay tuned for future updates, and thank you for your continued support!
