We’re excited to announce the release of our latest update, which introduces an initial release for the daily and weekly digest email. This new feature will automatically send a concise summary to the Company Admin, HR, and Reporting Manager. The digest aims to provide the key summary on the attendance and the time-tracking behavior of the employees.
we’ve also added several intelligent alerts and notifications designed to help employees stay on top of important tasks and deadlines. These proactive reminders will assist our users in maintaining productivity and efficiency. Here’s a detailed overview of what’s new:
Digest Email:
- Daily Attendance Alerts
A daily digest summary email will be sent to the Admin/HR/Reporting Manager every day at 09:00am HKT except Monday and Sunday, which the day before these 2 days is not an official working day. - Weekly Digest Email
- The weekly digest email gives managers an overview of the past week’s employee attendance and productivity metrics.
- A weekly digest summary email will be sent to the Admin/HR/Reporting every Monday 09:00AM HKT
- Weekly Digest email + bi-weekly overtime alert
- The bi-weekly digest email covers the previous week’s attendance and productivity, also highlights any employee’s overtime situations from the past two weeks.
- The email will be sent out on Bi-weekly Monday 09:00AM HKT
- Weekly Digest email + monthly underwork alert
- To provide a summary from previous week for employee attendance and productivity, plus the monthly underwork situation from the employees.
- The email will be sent out on Monday 9:00AM HKT in a New Month
New Alert Added:
- Bi-weekly overtime alert:
- Admin/HR and Reporting Manager will receive an alert when there’s employees working overtime more than 90 hours within 2 week duration
- Discipline behaviour alert for Second job
- Admin/HR and Reporting Manager will receive an alert when there’s employees have a risk that might working for two jobs at the same time.
- Discipline behaviour alert for performing time tracker with bot
- Admin/HR and Reporting Manager will receive an alert when there’s employees have a risk that might be turning on the bot at night to perform time tracking.
- Timetracker Alert
- All Employee will receive an alert when they still haven’t start the time tracker on 11:00 HKT
- Project Alert
- All Project members in a project will receive an alert when they still haven’t start the project while the project has been active for more than 10% of its total duration
- Unproductive Screenshot Alert
- Employees will receive an alert when they have been captured 2 screenshots which is consider unproductive in one day
- Admin/HR/Reporting Manager will receive an alert when there’s employee has been captured 4 screenshots which is consider unproductive in one day
- Admin/HR/Reporting Manager will receive an alert when there’s employee has been captured 5 screenshots which is consider unproductive in one week
- Deleting Screenshot Alert
- Admin/HR/Reporting Manager will receive an alert when there’s employee deleted 3 screenshots in one day
- Admin/HR/Reporting Manager will receive an alert when there’s employee deleted 5 screenshots in one week
New Notification Added:
- Leave Request Reminder
- Reporting Manager will receive a notification reminding them to process the leave request after 3 days if they still haven’t processed the leave request, this alert will be sent out everyday until the reporting manager have processed the leave request from the employee
- Expense Request Reminder
- Reporting Manager will receive a notification reminding them to process the expense request after 3 days if they still haven’t processed the leave request, this alert will be sent out everyday until the reporting manager have processed the expense request from the employee
- Processed Expense Request Reminder
- HR will receive a notification reminding them to process the expense request 3 days before the last day of a month, and every day until the 7th day of next month
- Performance Review Reminder before Probation End
- HR will receive a notification reminding them to do performance review with an employee 1 week before the probation end date of that employee
- Performance Review Reminder After Probation End
- HR will receive a notification reminding them to change the employee status if the probation have ended for 3 days, they will receive the notification everyday until they change the employment status
